Restaurant and Kitchen Management
Managers begin their journey within the location they were hired. Over the course of three months, each candidate will receive hands-on experience as server, host, and bartender. All these duties culminate into management shifts including; scheduling, payroll, event planning, liquor purchasing, and staffing. Strategic areas during these three months may include building sales, systems and advanced projects.

Restaurant Staff Positions
Staff positions including Servers, Bartendars, Hosts, Cheese Mongers and Kitchen Personnel are hired by the management staff of each restaurant.

Interested parties should apply in person between 3pm and 5pm.
