Restaurant and Kitchen Management Managers begin their journey within the location they were hired. Over the course of three months, each candidate will receive hands-on experience as server, host, and bartender. All these duties culminate into management shifts including; scheduling, payroll, event planning, liquor purchasing, and staffing. Strategic areas during these three months may include building sales, systems and advanced projects.
