Out of Town Tuesday – Dragon Noodle, Monte Carlo

Dragon Noodle was the first of the noodle shops that we visited, and ended up having the best steamed pork buns that we tried. It’s also a little less expensive, probably from being one of the older spots.

To share: chicken chow mein, steamed pork buns

The chow mein was fresh – lovely noodles, tender chicken, not over-salted or too oily. The pork buns were nice and fluffy, with the right amount of filling. Service is quick and friendly, and you can sit with a view of the casino floor for some great people watching.
