Lunch specials are a godsend for me because they allow me to eat more than I usually do. It's not that the portions are all that much bigger than normal it's simply an opportunity for me to eat more for less. If I find two great spots with lunch specials what is so wrong if I hit two in one day. Dragon Noodle at Monte Carlo is one of those places where I can swing by and have a quick lunch for under $10. Since I'm saving some money I'll most likely walk across the casino and have a drink at Minus 5 lounge and then save a little space to sample a few beers at the PUB at Monte Carlo. Considering the $9.95 price tag I could almost order two complete meals, however, that only works if I'm sharing lunch with someone because the portions are ample. I do eat a lot but I'm not a machine.
I would go for the Kung Pao and fried rice and a drink from their cocktail menu. Consider the Mango Dragon and you'll get the right combination sweet and spicy and in my opinion you cannot go wrong with a jalapeno in your drink.
